![]() ![]() The Architectural Control Committee, or “ACC” for short, consists of 5 members of the community who are tasked with reviewing proposed additions and changes to homes and landscaping. In addition to the Board of Directors, the ROA also consists of several committees including the Park Committee, Welcoming Committee, Pool Committee, and Architectural Control Committee. The Board meets every 2 months to discuss and vote on neighborhood business, and residents are always welcome! The Scofield ROA is governed by a 5 member Board of Directors, elected by ROA members each year at the annual meeting, usually held in early May. ![]() When you buy a home in Scofield Farms, you become a member of the Scofield Residential Owners Association, or “Scofield ROA”. Recent events have included the Easter egg hunt, pool opening party, reptile show, puppet show, movie in the park, Fourth of July party, holiday hayride, and frequent live music performances. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to meet and socialize with neighbors during the yearly social events in Scofield Farms. Scofield Farms Park is a 13 acre park which contains a walking trail, picnic tables, covered pavilion, baseball field, and sand volleyball court, as well as lots of open green space to enjoy! Scofield Farms is also privileged to have a City of Austin park within its borders. Pool cards are required to access the restrooms. For your convenience, the pool restrooms are also open year round. Children of all ages enjoy this facility and their parents appreciate the shade cover as well as the fencing to help little ones stay safe. The playground, which was completely updated in the summer of 2012, is open year round. Please remember that you will need a pool card to access the pool facilities. The pool is open for use from April to October and is the center of many community gatherings during the year. They are located adjacent to each other at 12521 Scofield Farms Drive, near the intersection of Scofield Farms Drive and Dapplegrey Lane. The pool and playground are popular gathering spots. Parmer Lane Elementary, Westview Middle School, and Connally High School are all situated in close proximity to the neighborhood.Īs a resident of Scofield Farms, you can take advantage of numerous amenities. Scofield Farms is located within the Pflugerville Independent School District. ![]() ![]() The community is made up of three major sections – the original section located on the east side of Metric Boulevard just north of Parmer Lane, The Park at Scofield, located on the east side of Metric at Chasewood Drive, and Withers Way, located on the west side of Metric. Scofield Farms is conveniently located off Parmer Lane and Metric Boulevard in North Austin between I-35 and Mopac Expressway.
